1. GOLF CLUB JOBS (GCJ) is a website wholly owned by GPSL.Ltd., company number 3998902, of 9 The Moorings, Middlewich, Cheshire. CW10 9ER.

 

2. GOLF CLUB JOBS does not operate as a Recruitment Agency. The purpose of the website is to provide three functions. Firstly to display advertisements for job vacancies placed exclusively by Golf Clubs and, or, their acting agents in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Secondly, to enable job seekers to apply for an advertised vacancy directly to the Golf Club or their acting agent on-line. Thirdly, to provide an opportunity for job seekers to advertise their availability to prospective employers.

 

3. GOLF CLUB JOBS does not endorse or make recommendations on behalf of any Golf Club placing advertisements on, or any individual submitting personal data through, this site.

 

4. GOLF CLUB JOBS does not retain, or have access to, personal data submitted through the use of forms within the site, with the exception of those forms intended for submission directly to GCJ for the purpose of updating the site or compiling email lists.

 

5. GOLF CLUB JOBS is not responsible for the verification of any information appearing in advertisements, or claims made by individuals in their application for job vacancies, and cannot be held liable for any claims relating to potential misrepresentation by either party in a dispute.

 

6. GOLF CLUB JOBS will not accept any advertisement that is considered to be applying restrictions or special conditions on potential candidates that is outside of UK employment law.

 

7. GOLF CLUB JOBS is a completely free service for individuals seeking employment. No charge is made for the submission of personal data in response to advertisements for job vacancies and no fee is charged to the Golf Club following a successful recruitment.

 

8. If a Golf Club or their acting agent wishes to advertise more than one vacancy, each vacancy must be submitted separately using the ‘Add a vacancy’ page.

 

9. Payment for the placing of an advertisement, where chargeable,  must be made through the secure on-line system using the link to the GPSL.Ltd PayPal account. Debit and credit cards can be used through this link to make the payment.

 

10. No refunds will be given except in the event of GPSL.Ltd failing to publish the details of the vacancy on this site for any reason. Withdrawal of an advertisement by the Golf Club or their acting agent after publication will not qualify for a refund. Withdrawal of a submitted advertisement by the Golf Club or their acting agent prior to publication will be subject to a £25 administration fee.

 

11. Candidate applications delivered through the on-line system are delivered to the designated recipient email address in the form of a formatted email from ‘server@serifwebresources.com’ with the subject title ‘Serif Web Resources Form Submission”.
